Meh...Nyain San are the closest thing to pirates in this game. Some one have to be the overly aggressive, high tech wielding Dbags of Dust.
Since Pirates are notoriously Dbaggy, rich, and have access to the best grear...... well they can do what they like in the Sand box.... unfortunately for the rest of us ...High Sec is a Lie

Pirates are ******* funny as hell in EVE, some are amazing people, most of them are utter bastards. They hunt you down when you least want to be hunted, use soooooo much overkill its ridiculous, and for the most part are so utterly irritating at the worst time.....they have to make you smile.
New Eden is a dangerous place for a reason, and they are that reason.

Not sure many people can fight Nyain San in an arbitrary lobby shooter of a game. However if numbers could be a factor in engagements, I think many corporations will large player bases would be a threat.

Ever face a NS after having one of their major crutches fixed? Let me tell you It's like facing Faction Warfare Army, no gun game whatsoever. Because we are the only corp that uses FOTM??? No, but the difference between you and Ancient Exiles is that they are actually good stand alone.
Does it matter? EVE side all major alliances use the best gear they can get their hands to win at any cost. Doesn't make their exploits any less commendable.
Nyain San is rich enough, willing enough, and skilled enough to use the top level gear every match because they want to win. In New Eden you pay or you die.
